It seems that I have made an error. That is, Google Translate made an error and I unknowingly belived it (stupid online translator can't get stuff right...). "Nox Mortalis" does not mean "Death of Human." What it actually means is "Night is Mortal."
Honestly this sounds just as cool. It actually gives the book a very mysterious meaning. It brings up quite a few interesting questions like:
How is night mortal?
And can it be killed?
Is mortality something that can be attributed to the night?
Could night be mortal because of it's constant struggle with the day?
Is twilight the birth of night, and dawn the death?
Anyways, these are all some interesting questions that may or may not be addressed in my novel. We shall see.
