Randomness: Part 1
Aaaaaaaand I have no idea what to write about. I think this is just going to be a conglomeration of a bunch of random thoughts that spill out and hopefully they will form one conglomerate thought process... If not... oh well.
- Why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways?
- Is ADD necessarily a bad thing? I have had some of the most poignant thoughts while randomly just spouting off sugar-induced delerium.
- Can we truly find happiness? I think so. There have been moments in my life where I have been at such complete peace and happiness that I could have sworn that I was in heaven.
- What's the big deal with those stupid box cars? The "Qube" or whatever. It looks like a toaster on wheels. And that design can't be more aerodynamic than my Toyota Camry.
- Why don't we go to a barter system? I work hard for a day... earn a couple coupons... and use them however I want to. On the other hand, money works. I would be a total idiot with those coupons too.
- Pizza. Whoever invented it (at leas the modern American version) should be immortalized. Right there along with other great inventors such as Thomas Edison, and Albert Einstein. (At the moment I am super hungry, if you couldn't tell).
- Why aren't video games more integrated into pop culture? They house a large amount of the media income, so why hasn't popular culture hopped onto that bus? There have been a few video game movies made in the last few years (Prince of Persia, Tomb Raider, etc.) but by and large it remains untouched. Yes of course geek culture has made its way into the market with t-shirts and whatnot, but I have yet to see a Wal-Mart that houses a good number of geeky t-shirts.
And there you have it... a conglomeration of many random thoughts. This was fun... I might do it again. We'll see.
